what we collect
When you make a purchase, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. Payment processing is handled securely by Shopify Payments. We never store your full card details on our servers.
how we use it
We use your information to fulfil your order, communicate about your purchase, and improve our service. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to process your order (e.g., shipping carriers).
legal basis
We process your personal data based on contract performance (fulfiling your order) and legitimate interest (improving our service and preventing fraud). We do not process data based on consent alone for any purchase-related activity.
third-party processors
To operate our store and fulfil orders, we share data with the following service providers:
- Shopify — payment processing, order management, checkout hosting
- Shipping carriers — name and address shared to deliver your order
Each provider processes data only as necessary to perform their service and under their own privacy policies.

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. You may also request restriction of processing or object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hey@solitt.lt.
