general

By placing an order through solitt.lt, you agree to these terms. solitt is a jewellery studio operated in Lithuania. All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes.

orders & payment

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Once an order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues or pricing errors, in which case a full refund will be issued.

product descriptions

Each piece is handmade. Slight variations in finish, texture, and dimensions are inherent to handcrafted jewellery and are not considered defects. We do our best to accurately represent each item through photography and descriptions.

shipping

Orders are shipped via Lietuvos paštas (Lithuanian Post) with tracking. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services. See our shipping & returns page for details.

returns & right of withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact hey@solitt.lt with your order details. Items must be returned unworn and in original condition. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Bespoke (custom-made) pieces are exempt from the right of withdrawal as they are made to your specifications.

intellectual property

All designs, images, and content on solitt.lt are the property of solitt and may not be reproduced without permission.

liability

solitt is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) in question.

dispute resolution

We are willing to participate in an out-of-court dispute settlement procedure. A directory of consumer dispute resolution bodies across the EU is available at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.

governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in Lithuanian courts.
