All orders are shipped via Lietuvos paštas (Lithuanian Post) as registered mail with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Stocked pieces ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order pieces require additional crafting time (typically 1–2 weeks) before dispatch.

returns & exchanges

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging.

Bespoke (custom) orders are non-refundable, as they are made specifically for you. Please reach out if you have any questions before placing a custom order.
